Ambition

My ambition is to actively contribute to the development and training of modern leaders for a modern Turkey.

Just as other people are, I am equally fascinated by humble, honest, confident, determined, competent and innovative leaders, who are consistent in living their values.

I am convinced that inspiring leaders are driven by a particularly strong ambition. This ambition is much more comprehensive, yet also more concise than a distant vision.

The leader’s ambition always refers to a concrete change initiative with an action plan. There is always only one ambition; an ambition for life. This ambition represents the life purpose of the leader prepared to work hard for its fulfillment. The leader devotes his life to his ambition and the ambition becomes the trademark of the devoted leader.

This unique and concrete ambition which one sees shimmering through very early on in the life of genuine leaders inevitably becomes an inspiration for oneself.

Leaders are extremely important for society, as we humans by nature require role models that help us shape our own lives. Hereby, the leader has a dual role:

1 – He/She brings meaning and passion into the life of each individual follower

2 – Based on his/her developed personality he/she becomes a role model for the society as a whole
